Over my career, I've shaped creative strategy and campaigns that have given brands genuine iconic status, across traditional comms, digital, and social. My career spans two very different, very complementary worlds: Ogilvy, where big-budget TV, OOH and digital brand-building was the craft; and Coolr, where real engagement, real followers, and real brand love were built through truly social-first thinking. The result? A uniquely rounded perspective on what it takes to elevate a brand at every touchpoint.


I lead teams with the same energy I bring to the work. Whether managing in-house creatives or cross-agency collaborators, I'm focused on building environments where people thrive, because great results follow great culture. I give direction with clarity, feedback with purpose and I'm not afraid to hold the bar high.

When it comes to output I think in systems. Scalable workflows, clear creative standards and briefs that actually give creators something to work with. The result is consistent, high-quality output that holds its standard at pace.

Although trends matter, it's instinct that matters more. I stay ahead of what's happening on platform, though I'm not just chasing formats. I'm building creative that has a reason to exist and an audience that wants to see it.

I'm data-literate enough to know what the numbers are telling me, and experienced enough to know when to trust the creative anyway. Monthly reports, performance learnings, iterating on what works.


And when I'm not doing all of that? I'm studying interior design, cycling through Europe with my family, or figuring out a sewing machine. Creative, through and through.
